Hi,

I highly recommend Nikoletta Sebestyén at Massage by nikoletta

She can give you much more than you would ever expect. She naturally feels what you need and helps release any pressure you weren’t even aware of.

A new you will leave her welcoming massage room — lighter, happier, and more balanced ✨☺️

I’ve been quiet for a while...

I’ve been busy in the background... 😀.. gardening, learning, also walking and sometimes flying, back to myself, improving, transforming into a more balanced and conscious version of me, so I can give even more to you.

You’ll hear from me when the right time comes 😊🙏💐

I wish Happy New Year to everyone who is celebrating with their family, loved ones and friends.

🎄🎅Merry Christmas 🎄✨

This season reminds me of the magic of waiting, believing, and pausing for a moment.
The real magic lives within us — we just need to be quiet sometimes to find our light and trust it.

The more we shine from within, the more love and happiness we create around us.

🎄🎅 Wishing you a warm and magical Christmas 🤍🎅🏻✨

PS: This photo is the result of my whole year's goal... I make sure to think of myself 😀 I sharing my wishes with 🎅

Maybe I should feel guilty, selfish, etc...

But luckily, I don’t feel or think that way.

As I posted recently, I’ve rewritten my mission…

🌟 I’m rewriting my past right now,

and working on the biggest challenge of my life —

MYSELF 🙋‍♀️

☀️ A new version of me is in progress 😉

Reprogrammed, recharged, and ready for a freer future —

I am passionate about helping each other, and grow together.
I do believe in collaboration, instead of competition.
Please let me introduce my great connections, ladies who inspire me.

I would like to give a shout-out to Five Rise Reflexology this time! 👣

I met Fiona at the Flourish Wellness Day at the beginning of this month.
She “pushed” people through the door to my talk 😀, listened to it herself… and even came to my stall afterwards!

We had a quick but really good chat — one of those moments when you instantly feel a genuine connection with someone.😊

Later, we agreed to do a skill swap, and honestly, if that were the only positive outcome of the Wellness Festival, I’d already be more than happy.
I had a reflexology session followed by a special Thai massage to finish it off — it was amazing! Fiona was perfectly in tune with me. I felt so relaxed that I nearly fell asleep, yet still completely aware of my thoughts and sensations.🙏

Then I offered her an Intuyching® session in return.

As we’ve agreed to continue our skill swaps, I can’t wait to grow together — to give her the best I can offer, and to enjoy every touch on my feet that reaches all the way to my soul.🌟

TESTIMONIAL

When you think of an Olympic Champion...
Who matters more — the Champion or the Coach?

I couldn’t be prouder of my client, colleague, and now dear friend.

She’s taking giant steps on her journey back to herself — with courage, honesty, and an open heart.💪❤️
We’ve been connected for over a year. It all began with a beautiful exchange — my Intuyching® sessions for her incredible creations of healthy, next-generation food. 🍎🥕🍍🫐

Now, we’ve embarked on a brand-new program together — one that I’ll soon be offering to You as well. 🌅

In this process, I am her coach, yet at the same time, I am also on my own journey — training to live my own way, my own life by using my own voice.
That’s the beauty of this path: we grow, learn, and transform together.

🌟 Read her reflections on the first stages of her rebirth. 👼🌟

"Although as an Intuyching mentor I also work with the method regularly, when it comes to truly defining areas of my life, I always turn to Ildikó. She has helped me in many different matters to find the best possible solutions more easily, and now, in what is the most challenging period of my life — during my divorce — I have again asked for her support.

This life-upending process affects every part of my life — as a woman, a mother, and an entrepreneur alike. Her guidance and support have helped me to keep moving toward my goals even in the face of great resistance.
Now that she is working with me on rewriting my birth process — although we are only at the third stage — I can already feel how deeply we are going; we are not just tidying up the surface.
I am certain that without Ildikó’s support, I would not be where I am today.

I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who has already tried many methods but has not yet experienced the change they hoped for.
I am infinitely grateful!"

🌟My Mission - My Why 🌟

My journey with Intuyching® began with my son and my family.
They are my greatest inspiration, my catalysts, my biggest supporters — and the reason I first set out to change my life.

At the beginning, I wanted to create a better life for my son.
I kept learning, growing, and exploring new ways to help him, my family, my clients — and to build something new.

But along the way, something beautiful happened…
My son led me back to myself.

He reminded me of the things I loved as a child — playing the guitar, practicing karate — and the joy of simply being me.
Through him, I rediscovered my passions, my creativity, and my inner peace.

Now, I live and work more consciously — for myself.
The deeper I go within, the clearer I understand the world around me.
The more I transform my unconscious patterns and limitations, the freer I become.

✨ Today, my WHY is MYSELF — without guilt, without shame. ✨

Because I’m still on my journey to live not just a happy life, but a meaningful one.
And through Intuyching®, I guide others to do the same —
to find themselves, believe in themselves, and put themselves first with love, clarity, and freedom. 💫
