- We determine the ethos of the school including pupils’ spiritual, moral and cultural development

Parent Governors are elected by parents/ guardians of registered pupils
Staff Governors are nominated by the staff who work at the school
Local Authority Governors are appointed by West Sussex County Council
Co-opted Governors are appointed by the Governing Body to bring experience and skills from outside the school environment
The Headteacher is also a Governor of the school.
