Great fun yesterday teaching an Italian cooking class with my daughter Gabbie. We made a traditional and simple Sicilian recipe in Italian too for complete beginners!

Gelato making class in Italiano went down well this weekend! It was great to connect with other people and their families and involve ages 6 years upwards! Something different to do that we perhaps wouldn't have considered before Lockdown!

My youngest daughter, Gabriella and I shared Nonna's (Italian Grandma's) extremely simple, no machine needed Nutella gelato recipe!

I was impressed how quickly everyone picked up some basic Italian and the inspiration for other gelato recipes! John and Sue experimented with coffee, Nevenka made Eton Mess and we discussed Limoncello, Amaretto and all sorts of other flavours!

Ciao! As it's and I've got a "bit" more time on my hands.....I've decided to put on an ad hoc class. We had such fun...

Ciao! As it's and I've got a "bit" more time on my hands.....I've decided to put on an ad hoc class. We had such fun during the first with ad hoc extra classes so here we go again!

This class is suitable for complete beginners upwards and adults or older children!

Join me and Gabbie to make authentic homemade Italian gelato di Nutella or Biscoff......you decide!

In the one hour class you will learn the words for the ingredients, utensils and cooking terminology. You will go away with the recipe in Italian and English and a worksheet depending on your level.
