What a wonderful first day back at school! The children have been amazing showing love and respect in abundance. Thank you all involved in making this first day a success: staff, parents and children.
Here are a few pictures of the children in action across the year groups including some pictures that the children were very keen to share with me.
In Collective worship we focused on our school values of love, courage and respect and this is a real strength to our school as you could see those values in action all day.

Free school meals update- from September all families in receipt of universal credit are eligible for free school meals, please see emails for more information and apply here.

When the school admissions rounds are open you will be able to apply for a school place to start in Reception or transfer to Year 7 in Secondary school for the start of the new academic year. We are excited to announce that this Summer Easel Peasels are running our creative Holiday club at Bembridge Primary school and they have some incredible themes and mediums including acrylics, watercolours, mixed media and a guaranteed slime making session each day too!

Today we were able to have our Best You Can Be assembly outside in the garden, under the shade. It was a lovely celebration and we all enjoyed listening to our wonderful choir sing.

Warm Weather Reminders: 🌞

Hydration & Sun Protection: Please ensure your child brings a water bottle and a sun hat to school. Kindly apply sun cream at home and send the bottle in with your child if they need to reapply it themselves.

Uniform: For the rest of this week, children are welcome to wear their PE kit to school every day, if they prefer. Uniform or PE kit to be worn whichever you feel is best for your child.
