If you want to spend a blissful hour with your child, and enjoy some mindful connection time; then this is for you!
This is more aimed at kids aged between 6-14. But if you feel it’s something that would benefit you and your child (who’s a bit younger or older) get in touch and we can have a chat.

I was a teacher for 15 years, and have been teaching kids and teens mindfulness and meditation for the last 6 years.
I am now based in my own studio in Dunmurry, Belfast. Perfect space for you and your child to relax and enjoy some lovely activities x

(If you would prefer your child to come alone (and you be in the next room we can work that out also.)
