Hi folks... So were back tomorrow for the first of our Dec Workshops ... As we discussed at our last session can we all make an effort to be there ready to go by 12pm :) .. See you all tomorrow 😉

Great classes today folks, loads of fun and fitness and laughter as always :) see you all again Sun 23rd.. event will go up soon as I get a sec!! But 3 weeks today :) Enjoy your weekend!!

A fab fab fun day folks and all down to to those who came and played. Hopefully you also got your enjoyment and excerise out of it as much as we did especially after the door struggles. The fleece below was left but might not be by us but it's still there for anyone that it belongs to! Have a great day till next weekend :)
