As teachers we are not shackled to any one doctrine, we lead by example, we regard ourselves as much students as those we teach and strive to continuously acquire knowledge. Therefore we are always evolving, which can only benefit you the student. Every training topic and theory is open to discussion and you are never made feel “I can’t ask that question”

The mixture of practical hands on training and the attitude of get stuck in and push yourself both mentally and physically to achieve your goals, is addictive. Couple this with the most advanced and practical up-to-date classroom theory and the place just can’t be beaten. There is an atmosphere in the GYM itself even when it’s empty and quiet of positivity and this can only be accredited to those people who frequent the place. There isn’t a day goes by you will wish you back here learning something. I hope you have the opportunity to experience it. Meet Oisín, a recent graduate of our July six-week full-time PT course!

Currently studying Business at university, Oisín comes from a strong sporting background, playing Gaelic football, soccer and spending plenty of time in the gym.

With a passion for training and fitness, he decided to take things a step further and turn that passion into a career.

After hearing great things about ECA from two coaches he knew, Oisín decided to take their recommendation and enrol in our six-week full-time course.

From day one, he was fully committed. Exceptional attendance, a fantastic attitude towards learning with plenty of questions along the way.

Even before qualifying, Oisín was already demonstrating his coaching ability on the gym floor, building his presence on social media and attracting clients to his coaching services….

By the time he completed the course, he already had clients signed up and ready to get started, and his client base has continued to grow ever since!
