EA have confirmed today that schools can request reimbursement for attendees from their LMS budget (including TPL funding). To receive reimbursement follow the steps below -

Send proof of payment (copy of statement/screenshot from banking app) and formal receipt from FONT (we can provide this upon request on the day of the conference) with a letter to your LMS officer requesting reimbursement from your school LMS budget to the account on the proof of payment.

We are excited to be able to publish all booking information for the 2026 FONT conference.

The conference is being held on 7th March 10am-1pm at the agape centre Belfast. Clare Devlin will be presenting the conference focussing on learning outdoors covering the following areas -

Discussing benefits of Outdoor Learning – leading into policy
Exploring how the outdoor environment supports all aspects of the curriculum – practical outdoor sessions
Planning for learning outdoors – linking to observations of children
Considering how low cost/no cost resources support learning
Examining the role of the adult
Discussing challenge, risk and safety

The cost for the day is £20 per delegate. To book please follow the PayPal link below ensuring you select friends and family when paying to avoid an additional admin charge on the day of the conference. When booking please include delegate names and nursery/setting name for registration purposes.
