Iโ€™m Introducing 2 workshop dates for my next masterclass which will be for women over 35 looking to kickstart fat loss, whilst staying balanced and well and working with hormones instead of against them โœŒ๏ธ

I have been working behind the scenes to bring to you a simplified framework for fat loss that will allow you to feel nourished and fuelled rather than restricted and miserable on yet another diet!

This is a lifestyle and NOT a diet.

I want to teach you that you can enjoy food, and optimise your nutrition and lifestyle in a way that suits you are your life currently and in this chapter where hormones are starting to decline and it is more important than ever to adopt supportive habits for this stage of womanhood ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Introduction to Cycle Synching - learning to work with your hormones. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Iโ€™ve been working hard behind the scenes to bring to you all some really valuable info on this subject - with the โ€˜cyclingโ€™ lady in mind!

This workshop is suitable for all ladies with a menstrual cycle, including those who are perimenopausal or navigating the transition towards menopause.

Every single woman will learn something from this workshop, whether it is how to support themselves throughout their cycle to reduce things like bloating and PMS, or indeed those ladies experiencing shifts in hormones that are in need of hormone support and rebalancing.

This 2 hour session will have limited spaces and will take place at Eclectic, Bangor. There will be relaxation exercises and healthy nibbles - making this the ultimate self care afternoon - an opportunity for the rushing lady to slow down and connect with other like minded women ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Cycle Synching - Ladies, Have you heard of it?

Itโ€™s a lifestyle. A way of Eating and living according to your monthly cycle ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿปโœจ

I hear so many friends and clients talking about how they struggle with PMS, Bloating, low Energy and fatigue at different stages of the month. We literally wake up a different human ๐Ÿคฏ

PMS is no joke, especially as we age, and coming up to our period - the hormones that keep us calm and level headed (namely, progesterone) start to deplete and this leaves us ladies exposed to an array of changes in our mental and physical health.

Iโ€™m entering into PMS week (Day 20) and I know I need to support my progesterone building so Iโ€™m switching up my foods - Iโ€™ll be packing in lots of citrus fruits, kiwi, tomatoes, broccoli, cabbage, peppers, sweet potatoes and other Vitamin C rich foods such as this gorgeous bowl of cherries.

Due to plunging Progesterone, blood sugar also drops - cue Sugar and Carb cravings so always try to go for โ€˜Natures Carbsโ€™ and some healthy fruits and veg containing natural sweetness โค๏ธ

As we know, Nutrition doesnโ€™t work unless you address lifestyle too. In this stage, slowing down is essential, managing cortisol as it also massively impacts progesterone levels. So switch up your HIIT and cardio workouts ladies, opt for some more gentler exercise and prioritise sleep ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Iโ€™ll be quieter on here and in my life Iโ€™m general now, Itโ€™s been a very busy month and this is the best time to draw inward. โœจ

There will also be no fasting done during this time.

Time to eat, rest and reflect. โœจโœจ

Ladies, This is a fantastic Journalling exercise and way to reconnect with self if feeling a little off balance. Even just a few moments to mediate on this and consider.

For me, visualisation is one of the most powerful tools for manifestation, attracting and raising my vibration.
