Caoimhe approached me back in December 2021 with the goal in mind to complete a physique photoshoot prep.

She explained to me that it didn’t matter the time frame as long as it was completed within 2022.

It was clear from the start that Caoimhe’s work ethic was second to none and she impressed me from the get go with her dedication & attitude to both training & nutrition.

Each individual is specific. Therefore each individual will always get a specific approach. Those who are transparent with me will always come out on top as then I can make my adjustments accordingly.

We spent 5 months building food up with very little energy expenditure. A comfortable step goal was initially established & no cardio for a long time. This was so that we could make use of these tools closer to the end of her prep, when needed.

We were smart about our approach. No hammering the cardio from day dot, no big crazy deficit to begin. It wasn’t needed.

As a result of this & as you can see by the photos, Caoimhe’s muscle mass continued to improve & also held as the prep went on.

We had plenty of laughs & gains along the way, and this girl is going to go far in the future. Slow & steady won the race - in this case πŸ’β›

I couldn’t be prouder of my long-term client Naomi who nailed her first physique transformation prep & as a result looked absolutely amazing.

Naomi came to me 1 year ago with the goal of improving her self-confidence, getting stronger & also dropping some body fat.

Initially we placed Naomi within a small deficit, so as to also build her strength throughout, & also increased her energy expenditure through having a structured cardio plan across the 12 weeks to improve her fitness levels gradually.

We absolutely nailed this initial dieting phase as Naomi is the perfect client and listens to exactly what I ask of her & is very open and honest with me if ever there were a slip up.

From October - April we gradually worked on building calories up & bringing expenditure down for Naomi to place her in the perfect spot for a photoshoot prep.

That’s what coaching is about. Working together long term and constantly finding what works well for the client to improve the overall outcome in future πŸ“ˆ

In 2020 I prepped Shannon for her first ever physique transformation photoshoot. There are no two-ways about it. When it comes to building muscle you must be prepared to commit to a long-term plan.

The transformation above has been completed over 1 YEAR of my client & I working together. Yes that is 12 months of sheer hard work & consistency.

Initially my client came to me with the goal of dropping bodyfat & building her glutes but these are two completely different goals sooo what do we do? We get a plan put into place. Short-term & long-term.

Within our first 12 weeks we chipped away any unwanted bodyfat & also completed a photoshoot within this period. Absolutely smashed this phase & her shoot.

Now for the fun part. Building calories up, bringing cardio down & working on my specialty - BUILDING GREAT GLUTES πŸ‘πŸ”₯

Over the past 9 months our main focus has been on getting food as high as possible & building an insane set of Glutes. I think it’s fair to say we are also smashing this phase…

β€˜Where do I start? I could write an essay about Danielle & my experience but I’ll keep it short & sweet …

During lockdown I struggled to find the motivation to go to the gym, and truthfully I was running out of excuses. After having months off from the gym, I reached out to Danielle in May and looking back this was the best decision I’ve ever made. Danielle’s endless transformation results and passionate work ethic made it a very simple decision of who to choose as a PT.

In the past I tried to be healthy, would have tried to go to gym, had a previous PT but being with Danielle was the first time I could see any change. My journey with Danielle has been the best experience, and has shown how disciplined you can become with the constant motivation, guidance and support.

From someone who wasn’t comfortable with even wearing a bikini on holiday, I never even dreamed of doing a photoshoot. This has shown me that anything is possible when you have the right coach. I havent just gained an amazing PT, I’ve also gained a great friend through this journey.

two things you have control of in this life : your ATTITUDE & your EFFORT.

those who are highly motivated are actually highly disciplined. motivation comes & goes for everyone of course, and that’s okay we are all human BUT you also have to be accountable to your actions outside of your PT sessions.

if you want this level of results you have got to be willing to put the work in!!!

this transformation is an example of what happens when you LISTEN to your Coach.

track your food ! eat the calories set to you by your Coach specific to YOUR goals, day in day out - not just Monday-Friday.

if your Coach sets you a step goal don’t just hit it once or twice a week & think that’s enough - it’s been set for a reason so stay disciplined and do it!

β€˜Coming out of lockdown I struggled to find motivation towards the gym and β€˜I’ll start on Monday’ was becoming a reoccurring theme. I decided something needed to change, so at the start of September I reached out to , and I’ve never looked back, if anything I regret not reaching out sooner. I went to Danielle for accountability but never did I think I’d get the results I have within 12 weeks - it’s scary what you can achieve with the right support and guidance. Not only am I 22 pounds down, but I’ve never felt better, both physically and mentally than I do now and that’s all down to Danielle. I never thought I’d ever do fitness photo shoot, and don’t get me wrong it was hard and yes there was tears and a lot of domino’s cravings lol but I’m so happy and unbelievably proud of myself for seeing it through. As we approach the first Monday of the New Year, many people will begin their fitness journeys for the first time.

Don’t feel disheartened if you don’t see results overnight, then go back to your old ways come February.
Decide your goal. Make gradual, smart changes whether this be to your activity levels or nutrition. Tick the boxes daily to achieve your goal. Hire a coach if needed to help you stay accountable throughout. Work insanely hard. Most importantly - enjoy the process.

This shoot was completed 2 days after the 2nd lockdown but we controlled what we could & still achieved an incredible result - Jessica even lost 2 stone between these photosπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ€―

β€˜This time next year you will have completed your first fitness photoshoot’ - something someone could have said to me last year and i would’ve laughed in their face. I am so incredibly proud of myself, in July of this year i decided to get in contact with to lose a bit of weight, get fitter and generally just feel better. Fast forward 5 months, i’m 2 stone down, completed my shoot the beginning of december and i am feeling on top of the world.
