Ballinderry Childminders

We are current members of NICMA - the Childminding association which is the professional membership body for registered childminders. We have undergone extensive training courses which meet and exceed the new Minimum Standards and most importantly we are parents ourselves with a lot of experience. We care for children aged 0 to 12 years in what is known as vertical groupings. This means that children mix with all ages and we believe they benefit greatly from this. We currently have children attending Ballinderry Nursery and the Primary School. In order that we maintain suitable premises for childminding strict annual inspections of our homes take place by The Early Years Team and reports are available for you to read. As we are registered childminders we accept Employers for Childcare vouchers (plus others) and many families get help with childcare fees through Working Tax Credit. To discuss your childcare needs please contact us via email - [email protected]

Our aim is to provide stability and security for all the children in our care. For them to see us as a capable adult that he/she learns to love and trust - vital elements for children to develop socially and emotionally. As childminders we aim to create a warm, stimulating, homely environment where children are valued as individuals. By working in partnership with each parent we can ensure that each child and their family needs are met. References are available from current and past parents.
