It’s been a while since I’ve posted on here but you can expect me to get more vocal. This world needs Christians who recognise the gifts and passions God has placed in them and then puts them to use.

3 years ago today I said what would become my final goodbye. Still miss him.

Stepping into a management role can feel like stepping onto a ledge. You're balancing between your teams' demands and senior management's demands. Once wrong move and the whole thing could collapse - or so it seems.
