Ren’s Rainbows

For our last week of term we are looking at space!
We will also have a lot of the children's favourite activities from previous weeks too.
-balloon painting,
-space stickers
-decorate and astronaut
-space themed puzzle
-space themed small world

This week we are exploring boats and water.
- We will aim to visit a few places where boats are moored. Such as St Neots. But very weather dependent as it will be extremely warm.
- We will have lots of water play, children will likely need clothes changed.
- We will discuss different water transportation, possibly a short video and photos.
- There will be Gelli Baff and boats.
- Colouring
- Painting as they wish.

- white boards, a different way to explore mark making

- using shapes to create carriages

This week we are looking at buses.

We have butterflies 🦋

This half term we are focusing more on transport.

-Visiting farms to look at their tractors and 4x4’s- discussing why they have larger wheels and more tread,

-Hoping to go on a bus ride and trains, 🚝🚌

-Exploring more city, urban and rural places to see the different transportation used, 🚞

-Museums to look at transport from different eras

-Marinas and canals to see various boats, canal boats - maybe a remote control speed boat 🚤
