It’s been a while since I’ve posted on my site. For that I apologise as I know how many of you need support. I have had to step back for a while for my own health reasons, but hope to be offering more workshops soon.
But, I reiterate what I have said in my workshops. As a parent or carer, your own well being and mindset is of paramount importance if you want to support your child.

Today’s Diagnosis ADHD workshop in Shefford went really well as I guided 5 parents/grandparents through the beginning of their journey to support their children. Their feedback was very positive. Looking forward to organising the next ones and supporting more parents. Remember, you’re not alone, you’ve got this and you’re doing a great job!
