Student of the Week 🌟

Little Archie has made such great progress over the last couple of months since joining us. Not just with his technique, but also with his behaviour, confidence and focus.

A month or two ago, he was nervous about certain things and sometimes struggled to get involved in the games. Now, he’s got some of the biggest energy in the room!

This is what martial arts is all about. It’s not just about learning to fight; it’s about building confidence, discipline and skills that will benefit children for the rest of their lives.

Proud of you, Archie! 🥊

Our junior squad absolutely smashed it today - 2 tournament winners and 1 runners up 👏🏼

What a couple of weeks we’ve had as a gym - going from strength to strength in every area 🙏🏼

All thanks to our brilliant team of coaches Kory Chettle Liam Cunningham Igor Smialowicz .7 💚

Turn the volume up… this is our kind of music. 🥊🔊

There’s just something about the sound of a clean kick, a solid punch and pads getting absolutely battered that never gets old. 😂

It’s one of our favourite parts of training — the noise, the energy and that feeling when everything starts clicking.

Come make some noise with us. 👊
