I started my Connect & Create Through Grief Sessions both in person and online after I set up this page last year, sharing my own life journey and experiences I was able to connect with other people that needed the space I have been able to create

Join Mel, Echoes Of The Soul Grief Support for Connect & Create Through Grief online session

Sunday 30th August 2026 7pm - 8:30pm UK time ( please work out for your timezone if overseas) £7pp

Spaces are limited to keep the group small and intimate.

This is a time for you to switch off and take time for you, to express yourself however you feel comfortable, grab a drink, wear your comfies, play some music you love, grab any paints, pens, collage bits you have and get creative and connect with yourself and others 🎨

This is a non guided session, starting with brief introductions, a gentle grounding exercise, creative time, reflection and sharing( this is optional and only if you feel comfortable) and closing

Cameras can be on or off, just come as you are

This session will not be recorded
