We tend to feel that change comes from actively introducing or eliminating ‘things’, by taking up a hobby or by changing our job for example and yes, there are ‘things’ that have changed in the way that I live my life over the past few months. My daughter is happily settled at a university m...

I'm happy to announce that another branch of my coaching venture is now actively trading! I and three other coaching buddies have created a business offering that lends itself specifically to the not-for-profit sector. If you know of any charitable organisations that would like to investigate various coaching options for themselves and their employees, please feel free to pass on the details.
Many thanks

As a baby, parents, family, and friends help you to learn everything from feeding to crawling to speaking. You don’t need to ask for help, it is a given.

Lacking motivation?

The top reason for a lack of motivation is that you haven't given sufficient thought to that area of your life and what you want to achieve.

It's nothing too tricky to do and you will have the answers buried somewhere inside you.

Except that it is when your life is full of work, cooking, cleaning, shopping, looking after the children or elderly parents etc.

What tends to fall off of your list first?

Often it is the time for you. Your sanity and mental wellbeing, your aims and goals, your physical wellbeing.

Before I started working with my Coach, the only time I really sat and thought about my future and what I wanted from it was when I went on holiday.

There was then a window of a couple of weeks after returning from holiday where I would hold those thoughts and try not to let them slip away as day to day life took over.

The biggest one being my acknowledgment that I wanted to also become a Coach. I still work with my Mentor / Coach regularly and take value from every session.Coach have escalated so much.
