Youth Inspired is looking for a skilled, committed and enthusiastic SEND Tutor to join our specialist education team in Bedford.

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver engaging, personalised learning programmes for young people aged 16–25, helping them build communication, independence, confidence and essential life skills as they prepare for adulthood.

✨ In this role, you will:

• Plan and deliver person-centred learning programmes
• Adapt teaching to meet a wide range of needs and abilities
• Support learner progress and individual outcomes
• Promote independence, communication and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals and support teams
• Create safe, inclusive and positive learning environments

Teaching and learning currently takes place Monday–Thursday.

Our Enterprise Group are excited to remind you all about our last shop sale before we break up for summer!

We’ve been working incredibly hard over the past few months and are proud to showcase some of our newest handmade creations, gifts and crafts. 🎨🛍️

This year’s event will be extra special as we welcome some important guests to officially open our brand-new Sensory Garden. The garden has been a project our A2A group have dedicated months of hard work towards, and we can’t wait to share it with you all. 🌸🌱

We have been doing lots of work on "mindfulness" at Youth Inspired, over the last few months... 💛💚

Throughout this time, our wonderful clients have been learning about mandalas and positive affirmations. 😊🙏

From our learnings, we've used our knowledge to create our own mindful colouring book; completely illustrated by our clients! 🧑‍🎨

We are very proud of these books and the clients have all been able to take one home, to either gift to a loved one or use as a regulation tool when needed. 🥰

A big WELL DONE to all! 👏

P.S Special shout out to George, who has also created his own 'Where's Joe?' colouring book. George has hidden an illustration of his favourite character, Joe, throughout his drawings. ☺️

Over recent weeks, James has shown fantastic growth in his confidence, particularly in the way he communicates and engages with others. His enthusiasm, positivity and willingness to get involved in group activities have been brilliant to see, and he should be incredibly proud of his progress.

Small, daily efforts accumulate over time. 💛💚

The power of consistency is the engine that turns small, daily habits into monumental life changes. We have been lucky enough to see and experience this (many times) first hand at Youth Inspired, over the years. 💪

Rather than relying on bursts of motivation, showing up regularly and doing the work builds long-term momentum. It also establishes deep-rooted trust in yourself, and ensures steady progress toward your goals. 🤝

Allow room for bad days. We all have. They too shall pass. 🔜

Focus on the process, not perfection. ☺️

🎨 Class 3 Art Showcase 🎨

What an incredible achievement from Class 3! Over the last three months, learners have been working towards their Art qualification, exploring the styles of Picasso and Andy Warhol through a range of creative 2D and 3D pieces.

To showcase their work, students created their very own gallery exhibition for learners, staff and visitors across Youth Inspired and The House 🖼️✨

The feedback was amazing, with everyone impressed by the creativity, confidence and individuality shown in every piece.

We are so proud of the hard work and talent shown by the whole group and we’re excited to share that their artwork will soon also be displayed in a local public art gallery! 🌟

In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, it's easy to get caught up in the chaos of external factors...

..Social Media; the news; personal challenges...the world often feels like a whirlwind that we can't control. 😔🤷

We've found that improving our overall well-being lies in shifting our focus inward—toward what is within our control. 💚💛🫶

✨ Lots of creativity happening at Youth Inspired! ✨

We are currently creating our very own Inspired 'Guess Who?' game, with clients drawing amazing portraits of both staff and peers ready to play with. 🎨🃏

This has been such a fun project so far, and we’re hoping to have it completed in time for the start of summer. We can’t wait to share the finished game with you all!

We’re also busy planning our Summer Exhibition, where we’ll be showcasing all of this year’s incredible work, including both group and individual projects. 🌞🖼️

On Friday afternoons, clients from all courses have been enjoying a variety of creative workshops, giving everyone the chance to explore new hobbies and interests together. Recently we’ve been making threaded rainbows, magic wands and stamped artwork! 🎭
