Country Pumpkins Day Nursery in Beckford, near Tewkesbury were judged to be outstanding in all areas in their Ofsted inspection this year. The inspector commented on the strong focus leaders place on staff well-being and how happy all staff are to work at the nursery. Part-Time Early Years Practitioner
We are looking for special someone to join our nursery team.
The position is part-time, ideally between 25-30 hours per week spread over 3 days, but we can discuss hours to suit the right person.
You could be either qualified or unqualified, but what is most important is that you have a passion for caring for children, helping them grow and have a love of the outdoors as we go out and about on adventures everyday!

We don't tend to be active much on social media but this deserves a special mention...
We had our first ever Ofsted inspection a few weeks ago and we are thrilled and proud to say we were awarded the highest possible grade... OUTSTANDING in all areas! It is so difficult to get an outstanding grade nowadays and almost unheard of in a first inspection. We were blown away, even though we've had a strong feeling for some time that we were heading this way, it's lovely to have it recognised in an official capacity. The whole experience was really positive and the report is a lovely reflection of what we are all about. I am so so proud of our team of staff who used it as an opportunity to show what knowledgeable, caring and wonderful practitioners they really are. A huge thank you to our children and families for choosing us and a special shout out to the people of Beckford who have made us feel such a welcome part of your wonderful community over the last 3 years. Here's a picture of our wonderful staff team who are quite literally 'outstanding in their field!'👏👏👏🥳

We’ve been a little quiet but it’s because we’ve been a little busy! We are up and running with lots of children enjoying the fabulous space, it’s been really really wonderful to see and made all the hard work worth it. We love getting out and about and exploring our local area. Look at this little gem of a nature reserve right on our doorstep!
