🏃🏽‍♀️‍➡️ FROM BEGINNER TO HYROX 🏃🏽‍♀️‍➡️

Two years ago, Gill joined our MOJO BEGIN course feeling nervous about running and unsure what she could achieve…

Fast forward to today:
✅ 10Ks completed
✅ Smashing park run run PBs week after week
✅ Just completed a HYROX with her doubles partner 💪🔥

What started with simple run-walk intervals became something so much bigger.

We hear this all the time…. and it’s never true.

You don’t need to be fit, you don’t need to be in your 20s or 30s, You don’t need to have ever run before…. You just need to start.

We specialise in turning women who don’t run
into women who never thought they could.
