Come and join the fun.
During an aqua class you can expect to burn fat 10-15 times faster than any land based exercise. Low impact and great for all ages and abilities.
Plus you get to laugh at me whilst I strut around poolside to some great tunes.

So privileged to have been asked by Waterlane Leisure Centre Everyone Active
To deliver a seated exercise class in support of World Cancer Day.

East Suffolk Council and held a virtual event where some great Comunity leaders gave talks about cancer research uk , well-being service , smoke free Norfolk and Health watch Suffolk to name a few.

We all enjoyed a little sing along and some gentle exercises. So proud to have been a part of this today.
