Bebington Nursery & Preschool - Little Cherubs

Preschool had a messy morning with paint, we explored painting with shapes, we enjoyed mixing the colours, making marks and of course getting very messy. We used our maths & language skills and spoke about the shapes we were using and counted how many sides the shapes had🎨🖌️🫟🔺▪️🔸🔹

Robot reg 🤖 today we have enjoyed learning the sound ‘th’ using mirrors looking at our tounges making the sound, we have enjoyed enjoyed throwing bean bags to our friends dancing and bubbles balancing then on parts of our body’s also learning different things that sound with the sound ‘th’ 🫧 🎵

Father’s Day Part Two💕 - We had a lovely day continuing on our celebrations for Father’s Day. We started off making our fruit kebabs and finished off making some yummy cupcakes🍓. We then moved out to our picnic area, we enjoyed eating our treats and having a little picnic with our dads🧺…What a lovely morning🌈🥰

This morning our toddlers enjoyed taking part in our new weekly Jo Jingles session🌈

Today we enjoyed learning about ‘the snail and the whale’🐌🐳..we used musical instruments to create the thunder, scarves for wind and bubbles to pop.🫧

The children are really enjoying these sessions and there were lots of happy faces this morning!💕🎶

Kicking off our week with a Fathers Day celebration today with our Teddy Bears Picnic 🧸 We made healthy snacks and took part in sensory/messy play session. We all joined together for our outdoor picnic. Thanks to everyone who came we hope you enjoyed it 🫖🍓🍍🫖

Look how much we have enjoyed exploring different natural resources 🌳. We made mud pies, sea shell 🐚pudding and even created witches potions. It has been an incredible hands on learning experience for our children to grow and develop 🌿

Children love having opportunities to move, explore and enjoy fresh air. Parents regularly praise the lovely outdoor space where children can learn, play and develop through active experiences. Outdoor adventures help support confidence, physical development and imagination. 🌳

Today we have explored sea creatures and an under the sea themed tray. We loved reading our tiddler book 📖 and looking a different 🐠. It was so much fun creating patterns with sea shells and rainbow fish. Preschool began to talk about how to care for the environment and identified what’s good for the ocean

Our weekly visits with Robot Reg are always so much fun. This weeks sound was ‘sh’ we pretended to put robot regs friends to sleep by rocking and giving them their bottles. We then finished off our session with a dance 💃 🪩
