Working in environmental education? Kinda chic 💅🏻✨

At Naturedays, we aim to inspire people to love the natural world like we do - because if people don’t care about nature, they won’t understand it or want to protect it in the future 🌍

This (kinda chic) post shares some ways we’ve been loving nature recently, but there are thousands more - so get out there, ENJOY and let us know your fave nature-y activities 🍃

Today, nature needs us more than ever - but we also need nature 🦋

Hi folks 👋🏼

We still have a few spaces available on our last Family Day of the summer, on Wednesday the 12th of August. The day will be bushcraft themed and we plan to spend most of it in our plantation woodland, where we'll be doing crafts, playing games and generally immersing ourselves in nature! 🌳

It will run from 10am - 12pm and all ages are welcome.

Please drop us an email at [email protected] to book on, or if you have any questions. Hope to see you there! 🍃

Learning how to safely light campfires is usually one of our favourite bushcraft activities. Given the devastating wildfires in the Cairngorms - and the fact that we’ve had so little rain here at Aigas – we aren’t lighting any fires just now.

One of our incredible young friends made this poster to show everyone how we can prevent more wildfires in the future.

For further advice on wildfire prevention, check out the link below:

It may be National Moth Week, but we’re ALWAYS busy thinking ‘bout 💙

Moths are for life - literally! We need them to pollinate our plants; provide food for birds, bats, insects and amphibians (among other creatures), AND help us measure the health of our wider environment.

It also doesn’t hurt that they’re ✨stunning✨! Thanks to for the inspo + for spreading the love 🦋
