Where do I start with this one ?

A pursuit of the goal of stepping on stage but not only stepping on stage but doing it with CONFIDENCE from everything from attitude to posing her stage presence resembled someone who had been doing this for years. The graft has been real, ticking the daily boxes for months on end without a single complaint and warrior mindset. Someone who has lived this bodybuilding lifestyle and made it something positive. Beyond proud and onto the next show the BNBF Scottish in 2 weeks time 🐺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿❤️

We will be shut as we move to unit 9 on Friday the 17th of July, Upto and including the Sunday the 19th and back open for the Monday the 20th as the fob system/electrics and Kit is all moved

This time it’s Euan J Purves🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 results and what a result and this is a brilliant example of someone working their plan. Consistent and showing the f**k up for themselves. Ticking the boxes and just getting it done. Someone who just executes the tasks given and meal plan set.

80lbs down and confidence at a new level 🐺

Even on days we have doubt the only way through it is work. The results speak for themselves so proud of this guy and the attitude he has. Now we enter a reverse diet and into a gaining phase to add to the rig 🐺💪🏻
