Tree planting on Bathampton meadows with the National Trust

Over the past month, our classes from key stage two have taken part in a fantastic project led by National Trust, which has seen thousands of trees planted on Bathampton Meadows site.

It has been great to be part of this community project that will leave a legacy in the local area for many years to come.

We already have plans to visit and check in on their progress later in the year and in the future.

We have shared the location of the trees should your children wish to visit with you in the future.

What a fantastic afternoon of loose parts play! We're so thankful to our community members who donated items for our Bathampton Outdoor Play day. The "By the Canal" theme was a huge success, with children building boats, role-playing, and creating dens. A huge thank you to our parents for joining us and making it an unforgettable day!

We’re already planning our next B.O.P day for term 2.

A huge thank you and well done to our fantastic Friends of Bathampton, who have raised an amazing £11,440 so far this year and there's still some funds to be counted after our final stay and play.

A huge thank you also goes to everyone who has supported them with their efforts over the year.

The money raised will be put towards some fantastic projects including, playtime resources, forest school and more...
