As promised though a glimpse at all the many designs we looked at before returning to the current sign/imagery. The job of a great designer (Tom from Tomology Design in this instance) is to make sure you "look wide" (cf. keep status quo) before you make decisions. It was a valuable exercise in that it made us all realise how iconic/treasured the existing sign is (it just need a touch of new paint).
I am sure you all agree that this has represented a huge amount of donated work to the project - so a huge thanks to Tom for facilitating this process and bringing us back to the three fantastic final contenders.
