Hello from The Conscientious Tutor. 👋

I am an experienced UKS2 teacher who has worked across the key stage for 6 years. I like to think of myself as friendly and approachable and pride myself on building respectful relationships with pupils that help them to achieve their full potential in a safe and supportive environment, where they know that it’s all about just giving it their best!

I have taught / tutored all primary age groups at one stage or another, but specialise in the Year 5 and Year 6 curriculum - which allows me to help plug those gaps when it comes to Year 6 SATs in May.

I work off of gaining an understanding of where a child is currently at with their knowledge so I am then able to step in and build their confidence in what they already know. We can then use a variety of learning strategies, tailored to the child’s learning style, to work together on filling their knowledge gaps.
