It’s been a busy and rewarding month for Inspiring Potential as I’ve been out and about visiting my fantastic learners in their nursery settings across Birmingham, Leicester, Cambridge, and Bedford! 🚗

It was amazing to see learners putting their knowledge into action and delivering great practice with the children. Observing learners in their real-world environments is such a vital part of the training process—it allows me to see their skills in action, provide tailored support, and ensure they’re growing into confident, capable early years professionals. 🙌

A huge welcome to my four new learners this month who have taken theirs first steps in this exciting journey towards gaining their qualifications! I can’t wait to see your progress and support you every step of the way! 🎉

Thrilled to announce that Emily from The Tiny Toes Nursery Club has been awarded her Early Years Educator Level 3!

Emily has worked so hard to achieve her qualification and we are proud of the commitment and dedication she has shown. 🎉

Emily is also our first Level 3 completion and we are really pleased with the outcome of her EQA sampling so this is a double celebration!

✨'It was nice to see that the Assessor was stretching the learner's knowledge by asking for further details to be added to the learner's answers. The Assessor provided detailed, personalised and developmental feedback to support learner's ongoing development and to include summative comments on what the learner has done well and what they can improve on.' EQA ✨

Last week I spent time visiting some of our amazing learners and welcoming new sign-ups at Rainbow Day Nursery, Kidaroo Childcare and The Nest Nursery. It’s so lovely to see everyone enthusiastic and making great progress in their learning journeys!

There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing learners thrive in their settings, gaining new skills, and working towards their goals. We are so proud of the dedication and hard work each one is putting in!

I'm incredibly honoured to be celebrating Amy's achievement in completing her Early Years Practitioner Level 2 qualification. She has worked consistently hard to complete her studies and develop her skills, knowledge and practice and it has been an absolute pleasure to see her grow in confidence in her abilities.

We are unbelievably proud to announce that the baby of the family has officially been signed off from her Level 2 Diploma.

Amy started with us last summer and quickly became a firm favourite with the children, families and staff. Almost immediately, Amy signed up to complete her Level 2 training and under the guidance and support of Becky, has now passed her Level 2 Early Years Educator Diploma.

To Becky, we are also so extremely proud of you too. A past member of the Tiny Toes family, who has set up her own training company Inspiring Potential by Becky Alexander - you bring so much experience and knowledge to the next generation of Early Years Practitioners and we cannot thank you enough. We wouldn’t have our Apprentices under anyone else’s mentoring but yours.

Amy now gets to change her uniform from the ‘training’ green to the ‘qualified’ grey! And doesn’t she look great 🩶
