Some people don't realise the complete picture that drives us, and we feel it's now time to reveal ourselves fully.
One of the things that drives us is our desire to help organisations. We have been focusing on young people, cultural representation and heritage exhibit work however, what some don't know is that our foundation was built to support organisations too, charities and community groups among them.
That is one of the reasons we have a social enterprise arm, Alignment Creation Enterprises. Its initials are where our name came from, and Ace Holds The Space was the original tagline before it became a community co-production company.
We are now at the point where we are ready to start helping organisations, and it is coming from you.
β¨
We are launching two new services this month, YCM Go and OrgHarmonics.
After so many enquiries from youth providers and other public sector organisations, councils and charities across Devon, we have decided to make our Youth Creative Media work more accessible and to reach more young people.
We set it up to help break isolation using technology, and to funnel those activities into healthy pursuits for young people, reconnecting them to their communities and to themselves. What they gain along the way is confidence, articulation and the ability to collaborate. And those things travel well beyond the media skills.
We are only one team. We also understand how challenging it is to navigate technology-based provision, to keep equipment current, and to work through the intricacies of media publishing rules, particularly when working with vulnerable communities.
We have been doing this since 2022, and growing YCM since 2024. We can help organisations navigate that terrain, connect powerfully with their young people, and support something they actually want to do, safely and with impact.
Having a social enterprise ourselves, we also understand the complexities of funding cycles, and we have built a flexible model to accommodate that.
Alongside this we are launching OrgHarmonics, something our founder Roshani has been developing since 2010 through study and through working with a range of organisations. It is a system that supports organisations and community groups to stay healthy, a nine stage process, launching alongside YCM Go.
π§
YCM Go takes the form of training for your staff, supervision, materials, kit and consultation. OrgHarmonics is delivered through in person workshops. Both travel.

We know there are many who are curious about what makes Ace Holds The Space tick.
You can discover the methodology behind our work across a wide section of the community, not just young people, and the ethos and values behind it. We will be creating a membership hub before long, so we can support connection in communities further and grow our services in a way that is partly informed by you.
Our work in cultural and heritage community media production, exhibit design and installation continues, providing avenues for employment and community economic empowerment, nurturing our participant to volunteer to employment pathway for young people and offering ongoing support for creative freelancers across Devon.
