Massive Congratulations to Angie for being the lucky winner of the UK Surf & Skate Expo competition to win a Miller custom surfboard !! 🥳 Angie went for a 9’6 Slider model to help improve her traditional logging skills, with a split resin tint and silky smooth matte satin finish.

Just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who dropped into the stand this weekend at the 🤘 it was an unreal weekend and so great to be out of the shaping bay , in the sunshine meeting so many new faces! Thank you to everybody for all your kind words about my boards….it means so much to know to my boards are out there bringing joy and stoke 😊
Was also awesome to chat rails with shaping legend Nigel Semmens from , resins with Paul from and finboxes with . Thanks to all of you for the encouragement and compliments ! 🙏 and a huge thanks to and his crew for having me along and organising such a brilliant event.

Two unique boards made just for this weekend! UK Surf & Skate Expo ! 🤘 A 9’0 Rev with polished orange resin tint deck and rails, & satin finish clear belly with volan tail patch, resin pinline and T band black foam stringer.
6’2 traditional fish , polished abstract deck and satin finish Seagreen belly plus dark wood stringer! Both of these beauties are up for sale so if you didn’t make it down yesterday then the show is open until 5 pm today, and promises to be another epic day of all things surf and skate!

Final wash off of this 9’6 custom Slider heading off to this weekend! This will be handed over to the lucky winner of the competition that ran last month! and will also be on display in my stand along with 2 x unique boards I’ve built just for the event….more to be revealed soon 😉 hoping to see y’all there 😁

It’s not just my boards that are handmade. 😊 The Countdown to UK Surf & Skate Expo is on….!! This weekend I’ll be down in Newquay for 2 whole days displaying a small selection of my handcrafted boards in the expo village. I’ve got a couple of unique one off boards made just for the event and I’ll be sharing a few peeks of those over this week as I finish things up in the sanding bay! This promises to be a fantastic weekend of everything surf & skate and I’m thoroughly looking forward to taking a well earned break from the workshop and standing around in the sunshine chatting boards all weekend 😎 The expo village is totally FREE so please pop down and say hi….

These old(er) hands! Sometimes the dust likes to settle around the cracks and remind me….’Hey, time is passing! Go out there and strive for what you want because you really do only get one shot at this life thing. You don’t have time to sit and just hope that what you want will magically happen ( though sometimes it does) And you are going to have to make some pretty big decisions to get the life you want, so don’t forget that! To the dust I say. … I’m listening!….but i’m also grateful for the reminder 😆 🙏

DID YOU KNOW.....

- it is recommended smoke alarms be replaced every 10 years as they degrade over time and become less effective. There should be a "replace by" date on them.

- only working smoke alarms save lives. Testing them regularly ensures functionality and offers peace of mind.

- smoke alarms can be accidentally activated by dust and cobwebs. Hoovering them out once in a while helps.

- in areas where fumes, dust or steam is present, such as a kitchen or garage, heat alarms work best.
