Change is never easy but it doesn't have to be impossible.
In this gentle, in person, chair based workshop I look at leading all attending through a transformative flow using movement, breath, sound and visualisation to help you find your way though the changes that are currently weighing heavy on your heart.

This is a women's only session, open to those facing any change in their lives like changes in health, stage of life, finances, relationships or the deeper changes following the death of a loved on.

This is a safe women’s only space to explore ways to work through the emotions we face when confronted with change in our lives, in a way that resonates deeply with a women’s body’s.

By blending life coaching and grief movement techniques I will take the class on a gentle chair based experience that will allow you to release heavy emotions and step into empowerment all without having to say what change in life is most difficult for you at this time.
