Change is never easy but it doesn't have to be impossible.
In this gentle, in person, chair based workshop I look at leading all attending through a transformative flow using movement, breath, sound and visualisation to help you find your way though the changes that are currently weighing heavy on your heart.

This is a women's only session, open to those facing any change in their lives like changes in health, stage of life, finances, relationships or the deeper changes following the death of a loved on.

Not long now to all the amazing activities taking place to celebrate International Women’s Day.

Here’s a reminder about the workshop I will be running on Sunday 8th March

Please be aware that the time for the workshop has changed slightly and there are limited spaces due to the size of the room we are in.

New time: 12.15pm to 1.30pm
Location: The Riverside Room
The Growforward Project, Chelfham Mill
Nr Barnstaple. EX32 7LA
Cost: £10

This is a safe women’s only space to explore ways to work through the emotions we face when confronted with change in our lives, in a way that resonates deeply with a women’s body’s.

By blending life coaching and grief movement techniques I will take the class on a gentle chair based experience that will allow you to release heavy emotions and step into empowerment all without having to say what change in life is most difficult for you at this time.

Sadly death doesn’t take a break just because it’s the festive period.

If you know someone who has lost a loved one this winter how about sending them support that is more affective than a bunch of flowers.

Support that doesn’t vanish because it’s out of hours.

Support that also gives you, the supporter, further ideas as to how to be there for grievers.

For most people grief doesn’t end because the funeral is over. Let’s give grievers support that lasts.

Boxes are avaliable for various losses :-
Loss of a Grandparent
Loss of a Mother
Loss of a Father
Loss of a Partner or Spouse
Loss of a Sibling
Loss of a Friend
Loss of a Pet

Loss of a child is covered by the more in depth 1 year Bereaved Parent Support Package as the death of a child is against the natural order of life as we know it and needs additional support that does not fit nor can it be comprehended by one single box.
