Hours: Full-time/Part-time/Bank hours available

The Role entails:
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to create engaging experiences that help every child reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities at EarlyBirds:
• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-11 years.
• Plan and deliver stimulating activities that support children’s development.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children at all times.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to children’s learning journals.
• Support children with individual needs and promote inclusion.
• Follow nursery policies and procedures, including all safeguarding requirements.
