A wonderful end of year liturgy took place today, celebrating everything that has been achieved this year as well as saying goodbye to some staff and pupils. Thank you to everyone who took part in the liturgies - you were so brave to share your talents for reading, singing and dancing.

An AMAZING Year 5/6 production of High School Musical took place this week. Congratulations to everyone for a superb show!

Our Year 6s loved their leavers disco this week!

Some of our beekeeping club members visited The Great Yorkshire Show on Tuesday 14th July. The students entered the Junior section of the Hives and Honey classes and had great success in all categories entered. They placed 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Very Highly Commended and Highly Commended with their photograph entries, claiming all rosettes available in this category. They placed 2nd and 3rd in the honey category and 2nd, 3rd and Highly Commended with their candles. For most of our club members, this was the first time they had ever rolled a candle, jarred honey or used a camera. The students involved have worked extremely hard to achieve these accolades and deserve the recognition they received from the judges on the day, one of whom commented how impressed she was with the quality of the students entries and asked us to feed this back to school. A great day was had by all!🐝

Class 9 (Year 5) enjoyed making their moving vehicles as part of their Design and Technology topic.

The camps are open to players of all abilities and are delivered by qualified Barnsley Advance Basketball coaches.
For players interested in developing their involvement in basketball beyond the summer, the camps also provide an opportunity to experience the club's coaching environment and learn more about potential playing opportunities within our teams for the upcoming season.
