We often think pain is just physical…
but the body is far more intelligent than that.
Fascia - the connective tissue that wraps around your muscles, organs, bones and nervous system is deeply connected to both the physical and emotional body.
It’s designed to be fluid, soft and adaptable.
But when we move through stress, trauma, grief, anxiety or long periods of emotional overwhelm, the body adapts in order to protect us.
And over time… fascia can begin to tighten.
What should move freely can become dense, restricted and almost hardened; creating tension, stiffness, pain, fatigue and a feeling of being emotionally ‘stuck’.
This is why so many people carry:
• Tight hips
• Tight jaws
• Chest tension
• Chronic aches
• Nervous system dysregulation
• Emotional numbness
• Anxiety stored in the body
Because the body stores what the mind cannot always process.
This is where Myofascial Energetic Release becomes so powerful ✨
MER is a deep, intuitive form of bodywork that works with the fascia, nervous system and emotional body simultaneously.
Not through force.
Not through ‘fixing’.
But through safety.
By slowing down, listening to the body and following its cues, the fascia begins to soften and the nervous system begins to regulate.
And when the body finally feels safe enough…
it lets go.
Sometimes that looks like:
• Deep relaxation

• Breath opening
• Tingling or shaking
• Feeling lighter in the body

Morocco… what an eye opening experience 🇲🇦✨
It made me realise just how lucky I am to live the life that I do, and I’m feeling so grateful for every moment of this trip.
From the Atlas Mountains and Paradise Valley, to watching the sunset at the top of Oufella, exploring the Medina and walking through the souk markets with over 6000 stalls… every part of it was unforgettable.
The culture, the people, the food, the weather - such a beautiful experience from start to finish. Everyone we met was so genuine and kind.
That’s Morocco ticked off my bucket list 🙌

What if your body isn’t ‘broken’ it’s just stuck in survival mode?
Many people are living in a constant state of fight or flight without even realising it.
Feeling anxious.
Overthinking everything.
Struggling to switch off.
Always feeling tired or overwhelmed.
One of my favourite treatments to offer is the Nervous System Reset.
It’s a very gentle treatment, yet incredibly powerful.
Through slow, intentional touch the body begins to soften its armour, tension melts away, and the nervous system can finally begin to drop out of survival mode and return to safety and regulation.
It’s in the slowness and stillness that the body learns it’s safe to relax again.
Holding a safe and non-judgemental space is such an important part of this process, allowing the body to reset and rebalance naturally.

These last few weeks have been a real deep journey in surrendering, softening, slowing down and most importantly - trusting (ironic how I set the intention at the beginning of the year that my mantra was trust 👀)
Most of my work is about feeling into the body and letting it lead. What I’m beginning to realise is that sometimes our body is too activated to make decisions. It can act on impulse, responding from fear rather than clarity.
The real work is calming the body, returning to a regulated state, and then making choices from a place of clarity.
Most of the time I regulate through hiking up in the hills - but since I can’t do that at the moment; a long drive with some good music, and then pulling up somewhere in nature to process is the best I can do for myself.
It’s so important to step out of your own space, shift the energy, and reconnect with the world outside. Look up. Breathe. Feel your feet.
Re-centre.
Focus.
Ground.

Last year my mantra was safety.
Learning to truly listen to my body.
To speak up instead of staying quiet.
To honour my own needs.
To set boundaries without guilt.
With time, safety became something I didn’t just think about - it became something I felt.
Integrated through presence, through breath, through learning that I am allowed to take up space and move at my own pace.
With each choice, safety slowly settled into my body.
My nervous system learned that I am here, that I will protect myself, that it is safe to soften, to feel, to be me.
This year my mantra is trust.
Trusting myself and my intuition.
Trusting the quiet inner knowing.
Trusting in my own ability, and the wisdom held within my body.
Trusting the universe and the unfolding.
Trusting presence - that what is meant for me will not miss me.
I don’t need to force.
I don’t need to chase or rush through.
Just staying connected to my breath, grounded in the now, and open to the magic this world has to offer.
Trusting that even in the darkest moments, there is light within ✨
Here are some of my moments from 2025 - moments where I was integrating safety back into my body.

Right guys… I’ve had a real moment of clarity today 👇
December tends to be the month where we rush, over-give, overstretch, and slowly disconnect from ourselves. We put everyone else first, and this has a big impact on our nervous system.
So… I want to rewrite that story.
Because here’s the thing - a regulated nervous system isn’t just ‘nice to have’, it’s the foundation of everything:
Your energy.
Your relationships.
Your mindset.
Your ability to cope.
Your joy.
Your peace.
And for me personally?
Supporting people to feel safe, calm and regulated in their bodies is everything.
I genuinely want people to have nervous systems that aren’t constantly stuck in survival mode, and I want to make a difference in that space. Even if it’s only a handful of people at a time - that matters to me.
