The children made their own hats for our party this afternoon!
We had a fabulous party tea before getting an ice cream from the ice cream van🤩

Today we had a special visit from 2 Police Community Support Officers🤩🚨🚓

The children enjoyed listening to the officers explain how they help to keep us & others in our neighbourhood safe. We then had lots of fun trying on different bits of uniform, all taking turns to have a go!
We also had the pleasure of going out to see the police car🚔
The officers showed us what they had in the car & explained the use for each item. We then had fun pretending to drive the car before listening to the sirens & looking at the lights!
What a wonderful experience for our children, we want to say a big thank you to the PCSO’s for spending time with us today💙
We have all promised to be on our best behaviour😆

⚽️We have had the best time learning all about the World Cup this past month⚽️

Thank you to the parents who participated with our football kit requests, everyone looked amazing wearing their kits!
Although England didn’t make it to the final, we can be proud of what they achieved as a team.

Our staff are the heart & soul of Fairytales Day Nursery.
We are a group of strong women who share the same passion for teaching, caring and shaping young minds. We aim to create a happy, nurturing environment where every child feels respected, safe, confident and excited to explore each day.
We aren't just educators, we are first aiders, problem solvers, emotional support, entertainers, role models, story tellers & a friendly familiar face.

Debbie is a play worker who comes into nursery to help us out on busy days. Debbie has worked at Fairytales for 5 years.

Debbie's hobbies include reading, walking & going on many holidays!

"The most rewarding part of my role is watching the children grow in confidence and learn new skills in each room"

All the children look forward to the days where they get to play with Debbie. She is a valued part of the team & she will do anything to help & support others. That's just one of many reasons why we're so lucky to have her💙

Meet Amy💙

Amy is our nursery cook, who has worked here at Fairytales for just over 1 year.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys reading & going away in her camper van.

"The most rewarding part of my role is making nutrious meals for the children"

All the children beam with joy as they see Amy. She creates the best healthy & tasty meals that fuel the children throughout a busy day of learning & play. Everything is homemade and made with love. These are just some of the reasons why we're so lucky to have her💙
