​Are you passionate about outdoor learning and child development? We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and responsible individuals to join our growing team in Bangor.
​We have three exciting vacancies available starting September 2026:
​1️⃣ Nature Ranger Driver 🚐
​Role: Facilitate local school pick-ups and transportation in our Nature Ranger vehicle.
​Hours: 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
​Requirements: A clean, valid driver’s license.
​2️⃣ After-School Assistant 🌲
​Role: Support and engage children in our after-school programs.
​Hours: 16 hours per week.
​Requirements: Level 2 qualification (or higher) in a relevant field, or a willingness to work towards this.
​3️⃣ Casual/Bank Staff (School Term) 💫
​Role: Join our list of casual staff to help cover shifts during the school term.
​Hours: Flexible, as-and-when required.

We are searching for a Playwork and Forest School Supervisor to join our team this year.

At Clandeboye Nature Rangers, we believe childhood is best spent getting muddy, exploring nature, and discovering the world through child-led play. If you're a passionate, mud-friendly, and highly organised leader, we want you on our team! This role is full time and permanent.

🌲 What You’ll Be Doing
Your time will be split between running wild in the woods and keeping our daily operations running smoothly:

Leading the Charge: Facilitating high-quality play and Forest School sessions in all weathers.

Operational Support: Helping with session planning, risk assessments, and admin.

Safety First: Ensuring top-tier safeguarding with a common-sense approach to risky play.

Social Media: Creating fun content to share our daily adventures with our online community.

✨ What You’ll Need (Essential Criteria)
🛑 Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a supervision/leadership role within a childcare setting.

🎓 Qualifications: A Level 5 Qualification (or actively working towards one) in Playwork, Early Years, or a related field.

🚗 Licence: Full Driving Licence.

📋 Checks: Enhanced AccessNI check (completed upon appointment)
