Our P7 pupils enjoyed a return trip from Belfast to Scotland on the Stena Line today, getting a VIP tour around the bridge and meeting the captain ♥️

Thank you to all the classroom assistants for putting in a very late shift to give the pupils such a wonderful opportunity 🙏🏼

The SLD Frogs enjoyed a wonderful trip to Clandeboye Estate today for a Forest School lesson. The children took part in a walk through the forest, searching for minibeasts and exploring the long grass along the way. They also had great fun investigating the wooden play area and engaging with the sensory tuff trays that had been set up for them. It was a fantastic day outdoors, full of exploration, learning, and lots of fun!

ASPIRE PEACEPLUS - Shared Education
We were delighted to have Active Youth NI facilitate several Shared Education sessions for pupils from Kilcooley Primary School and Clifton School. Pupils enjoyed opportunities to learn, play and grow together. These activities supported physical development, encouraged teamwork and communication.🎈

What an incredible day for our young entrepreneurs. We are so very proud of how our 5 P7 pupils performed at the Young Enterprise Mini Market at Bloomfield Shopping Centre. Thank you to everyone involved in the project, including our whole school community for supporting our pupils. Thank you to all the adults that engaged with our pupils and took interest in what they have achieved.

Well done to all the other schools too. No doubt there were plenty of proud teachers going home today ♥️

P2/3 learnt all about the life cycle of a butterfly. They released the butterflies into the garden; it was a great opportunity to observe the features that they had found out about in class!

Last week, Fox Class, Squirrel Class and Hedgehog Class went to Clandeboye Estate for some fun Forest School activities. We built duck nests and toasted marshmallows! 🌳
