Mae'n ddrwg iawn gennym rannu gyda chi'r newyddion am farwolaeth ein cyfaill a'n cydweithiwr, Dr Gwilym Owen, a fu farw'r wythnos ddiwethaf yn dilyn cyfnod o salwch.
Ni fydd y flwyddyn newydd yr un fath heb ei arweinyddiaeth dawel a hyfedr ym maes Ecwiti a Thir, ei fentoraeth dyner o'r rhaglen ar y cyd â Toulouse Capitole, a'r sbarc yn ei lygad wrth werthfawrogi jôc dda. Roedd yn berson caredig, cynnes a chefnogol tuag at fyfyrwyr a chydweithwyr. Byddwn yn ei golli'n fawr.
Mae cydweithwyr y Gyfraith ym Mangor yn rhannu yn eich tristwch ac yn cofio Gwilym gydag anwyldeb dwfn.
It is with great sadness that we share with you the passing of our friend and colleague, Dr Gwilym Owen, who passed away last week following a period of illness.
The new year will not be the same without his quiet and masterly leadership of Equity and Land, his gentle mentoring of the joint Toulouse Capitole programme and the sparkle in his eye over a good joke. He was kind and warm and supportive to students and colleaques. We will miss him greatly.
Law colleagues at Bangor share in your sadness and remember Gwilym with deep fondness.
