It's time for another re-introduction to me as there are some wonderful new faces around here! Here are some facts about my and you can swipe along for some accompanying pics

I live on Anglesey in North Wales, I used to think it was impossible to network around here but over the past year I've been proved wrong and love running my business and living my life up here, it's beautiful! 🏞

I've been running (some form of) my business for over 4 years now (it started as a stationery blog) alongside lots of other projects and day jobs - I'm passionate about showing you that it's possible to make progress even if you can't dedicate full time hours to something 💻

When my housemate moved out last year I adopted a small clingy (I can't p*e alone anymore) rescue cat called Frida who has no teeth or tail, she often bleps and it's very cute 👅

I'm currently a barista in training (my day job) and as someone obsessed with coffee I'm getting so into the learning process - I also love the variety of working at a day job alongside my business ☕️

I'm a positive productivity mentor here to help you with implementing productivity strategies in a way that feels good to you! We all have the capacity to make progress with the things we're passionate about and I want you to achieve those things by making consistent sustainable focussed progress! 💪🏼

Tell me something about you! ⬇️

Among the myriad of benefits that arise from positive thinking it's not suprising that increased productivity is one of them 🤩

Think about it - remember a time when you were feeling on top of the world - able to see the opportunity in any difficulty and tackle any problem!

Of course you're not necessailry always going to feel like that witohut working on it. But working on a postiive mindset and making an effort to look for the positive in any situation can have great benefits for your productivity

How do you cultivate a positive mindset? 👇🏼

Happy Blue Monday everyone 💙 - or should it be unhappy Blue Monday?! Today is meant to be the worst day of the year. But where did this idea even come from? Is it real and is it something that you can blame for a lull in productivity?

Do you believe in Blue Monday? Are you feeling a bit of a slump right now? ⤵️

2021 what a year! I've grabbed a few of my favourite pictures that span this strange and interesting year and I spent some time last week conducting a big 2021 review and writing it all down in a big blog post (so you can be really nosey)

It was really interesting to look back over all the progress I've made this last year and to see how I and my business have changed and developed

Some of the big wins from the last year have been

✨living solo for the first time
✨renaming/rebranding my business and clarifying my mission thanks to
✨re-introducing my membership as the Do the Things club and supporting my faulous members
✨finishing off series 3 of the podcast
and loads more... head to the link in my bio to read it in full and SHARE WITH ME - what are some of your 2021 big wins?

On Tuesday I got to work and I noticed that my coworker was suffering from Christmas overwhelm. She had so many things on her mind and she didn't know where to start. Now one of the perks of being friends with a productivity mentor is that you get mini-mentored when you don't even know it. So I showed her this really simple exercise that took under 10 minutes and would help her to feel less overwhelmed and and all over the place ✏️

And it worked didn't it! (swipe across for evidence) so I want to share it with all of you. The run up to Christmas can extremely full on but taking back control by using this strategy is a great way to relieve some of the pressure and gain focus 🤩

You can also download a free 'Brain Dump' template to use from my Productivity Boosting Resource Library available to newsletter subscribers! Sign up via the link in my bio and get rid of that Christmas overwhelm! 🙅🏼‍♀️🎅🏼
