Elite Taekwon-Do NI

04/10/2026

And that’s a wrap on an unforgettable week at the ITF World Cup in Benidorm, Spain! 🇪🇸🥋✨

Where do we even start? For many of our athletes, this was their very first time stepping onto the world stage alongside the top competitors on the planet and they absolutely smashed it. From winning multiple rounds in both patterns and sparring against world-class opponents, our team proved they truly belong at this level.

To top off an incredible week, we joined forces with our fellow clubs from the Irish Taekwon-Do Association (ITA) for the team events. Huge congratulations to our colour belt boys, who fought their hearts out and brought home a Bronze Medal in Team Sparring! 🥉🔥 We couldn’t be prouder of their performance and determination.

Beyond the competition, this week was all about building friendships across the globe, growing as athletes, and representing our club with pride.

Thank you to everyone who supported us on this journey. We’re coming home inspired, proud, and ready for what’s next! 💪

WHAT IF YOUR CHILD COULD BECOME STRONGER WITHOUT LOSING THEIR KINDNESS? ❤️

Taekwon-Do teaches children that strength isn't just about how hard you can kick or how strong you can punch.

It's about having the confidence to believe in yourself, the discipline to keep working, the respect to value others, and the resilience to keep going when things get difficult.

🥋 Every class is a chance to grow.
💪 Every challenge builds character.
🌟 Every small achievement builds confidence.

Don't just raise strong kids. Raise confident, disciplined and respectful ones.

Help them grow with Taekwon-Do. 🥋
