Hi All!

Over the summer, whilst you’re out and about on your adventures please could you collect: shells, conkers, pinecones, acorns, leaves, your favourite small sticks, pebbles.

We are looking to create natural resource baskets for the playground so the children can play shops, make patterns, admire nature with wonder, wherever their imagination takes them.

If you’re feeling particularly creative, painted pebbles would also be a lovely addition.

As we come to the end of the academic year we want to thank you for your continued support throughout the year. We’ve had some brilliant big events: Bingo Night, the Barn Dance and WWF fundraiser quiz. As well as numerous smaller events; bake sales, Christmas film night, play evening drinks and uniform sale.

With money raised this year we have been able to support the school in the following ways:
-purchasing props and costumes for the play
-buying a tabletop cardboard saw and cardboard tools for EYFS
-paying for coaches to ensure costs are kept down for school trips
-funding two iPads (currently being procured by IT)
-donation to EYFS for new toys
-ice lollies for all on a hot day
-Blinds for Oak class! (Very appreciated with this hot summer)
-Gazebos for each class
And other bits and bobs along the way

Wishing everyone a lovely summer and looking forward to all the events to come in the new academic year.

Secondhand uniform sale, tomorrow after school!

🤠The barn dance will start at 4:30 with the first dance starting at 5ish.
🤠Place your orders for food when you arrive (£3 per item) and we’ll serve up after the first dance.
🤠Bring your own alcoholic beverages but Fanta orange, lemon, 7up, coke and Pepsi will be available to purchase at £1 a can.
🤠Bring your own picnic blanket or chairs for tired legs although hay bales are available
