The Hall car park will be busy tomorrow afternoon due to a Wake and it coincides with school pick up time. Please be respectful of those needing to use the car park for this event. I will put signs out to direct extra cars onto the field so please leave access free. Thank you.

We hope you all enjoy the 6 weeks holiday whatever you get up to ☀️

Should you like to be super organised.. you can now book in for our ‘Back to School’ appointments ✏️

Walk in’s are always welcome but should you book an appointment with us, here’s what to expect:

⏰ Appointment on a day/time to suit you.
📧 Email reminder the day before your appointment.
👞 Large range of Clarks & Start-rite shoes.
💙 One to one service with one of our expert fitters.
❌ No wait time. One of our fitters will be ready to greet you for your appointment.
🛍️ No need to go direct to the brands, we are the same price!
👟 We stock footwear for all local school requirements. Trainers, football boots, wellingtons etc.
✨ You will be supporting a local family business.

Charity Golf Day & Dinner The George at Brailes and Feldon Valley

A fantastic day of sport, food, and community spirit is set to take place on Thursday 16th July 2026, as the Charity Golf Day will be raising funds for Friends of Brailes School and Brailes Village Hall.

The day will begin at Feldon Valley Golf Club, where participants will enjoy coffee and bacon buns before teeing off for 18 holes of golf. With a two-tee start, players can look forward to a fun and competitive round, including challenges such as “Beat the Pro” and nearest-the-pin contests on all par 3s.

After the golf, guests will head to The George for pre-dinner drinks, followed by a delicious three-course meal. The evening will also feature prizegiving and a charity raffle, offering plenty of opportunities to win while supporting two important local causes.

At £95 per person, the event promises excellent value and a memorable day out for golfers and supporters alike – it’s a wonderful way to come together and make a difference in the community!

If you would like to invite a guest to join you for dinner at The George, please contact us at [email protected]. We would be pleased to reserve a place for them at £45 per person, inclusive of the set menu. Please note that spaces are limited, and priority will be given to guests holding full event tickets.
