☀ Is it too hot to be training đŸ„”

That all depends -

If you plan on training in a facility that has decent air flow air con fans then yes go head, but training in a small box now fans less air quality and not very well ventilated then probably not.

The type of training so I wouldn’t go out and do some high intensity training that will absolutely spike your heart rate but gentle exercise lower intensity would be far better.

The time you train so avoid peak time heat so early afternoon look to go either early on in the morning or later on in the evenings when the temperature has come down a bit

Lastly if you are going to workout remember to hydrate take an extra bottle of water with you! You don’t want to be passing out and a dumbbell be sticking out your head!

Stay safe, drink plenty, stay swole!

I failed the challenge. My body gave up at mile 12 But my mind never did — and that’s the exact moment I found the reason I coach.

Sometimes the win isn’t finishing. It’s discovering the fight was in you the whole time

Tired of doing “everything right” and still not seeing results? đŸ˜€

You cut calories. You force yourself through workouts you hate. The scale barely moves — or worse, it goes right back up the second you slow down.

Here’s the truth: it’s not a motivation problem. It’s a plan + accountability problem.

I have 5 spots open for Online coaching. If you’re ready to stop guessing and finally get a program built for YOUR body and YOUR life 👇

I showed up even after a long hot day at work —discipline over motivation.

Some weeks you struggle. Some weeks you win. Both are part of the process. đŸ’Ș

Motivation isn’t the thing that shows up every day — consistency shows up anyway. If you’ve been feeling off with your training lately, zoom out for a second. Look at where you started. That’s not nothing.

This week, forget the whole plan. Just pick one small win:
📍 1 training session in
📍 hitting your step goal
📍 hitting your protein target

That’s it. That’s the whole assignment.

Progress isn’t a straight line — it’s a bunch of small wins stacked on top of each other. 🔁

Ranked the 5 best ways to lose fat — and #1 isn’t diet or exercise 👀 Which one are you skipping? đŸ”„

You're not lazy. You're not "off track." Your body is just really good at defending itself.

Cut your calories enough times and your metabolism starts adapting before you even notice the scale stall. Less NEAT. Less daily energy. Hormones quietly turning down the dial. It's not a willpower problem — it's biology doing exactly what it's designed to do.

The fix isn't eating even less. It's usually the opposite: bringing food back up first, then cutting again with a plan that actually accounts for how your body responds — not a number you picked in January.

This is the exact conversation I have with almost every new client in week one.

If you've been stuck at the same weight for months no matter how little you eat, save this one — and if you want eyes on your specific situation, DM "RESET" and let's figure out what's actually going on. 👇

😈 vs 📊 Syns don’t teach you nutrition. They teach you a number.

Almonds cost you syns. A sugar-free yoghurt doesn’t. One builds muscle and keeps you full. The other is processed sugar with a free pass.

If a system can’t tell the difference between real food and diet junk, it’s not teaching you anything.

I coach protein and calories — real numbers, real food. No syns, no gimmicks.

Motivation is a great place to start, but it’s a terrible place to rely on.

Some days you’ll feel unstoppable. Other days you’ll feel tired, stressed, busy, or simply not in the mood. If your workouts depend on feeling motivated, you’ll end up being inconsistent.

Results don’t come from the days you feel like it—they come from the days you show up anyway.

Discipline, routine, and commitment will always outperform motivation. Build habits that keep you moving even when motivation disappears, and you’ll make progress that lasts.

Stop chasing motivation. Start building consistency.

Your future self will thank you.
