What a wonderful first class! Thank you to everyone who came and to these brave ladies who were willing to be photographed at the end, complete with the post exercise glow (we don't sweat, we're ladies). We danced to everything from Singing in the Rain to the Lion King and had an absolute blast.

Today’s weather hasn’t got me down! I’ve been singing and dancing in the rain, getting ready for the first class on Thursday! (Ok, so I’m not actually in the rain… but you get the picture…😉)
Just thinking through what I’d like everyone who comes along on Thursday to know, and have landed on:
We’re here to have fun, move our bodies, and appreciate our bodies as they are today, whatever our fitness goals are. We’re starting out on a fitness journey together, not here to compare ourselves to anybody else. And also, to quote my favourite musical, Six “We’re one of a kind, no category!!”

Please email me to book your place, at [email protected] so I can send you a form to fill in with emergency contact info etc (only necessary the first time you come), or just arrive five minutes early the first time you come so you can fill in the form.
