☀️ What a wonderful way to enjoy the sunshine ☀️

We have loved making the most of this lovely sunny day. One of our wonderful children showed great kindness by helping to rescue a baby duckling, which was safely reunited with its mum – a very special moment for everyone 🦆💛

The whole school enjoyed eating their packed lunches outside before spending time playing and relaxing in the sunshine. Ash Class had a fantastic time playing tennis, while Oak Class headed off to Forest School to enjoy learning outdoors 🌳

We finished the week in the best possible way with Ice Cream Friday, kindly run by our amazing PTFA. The children were delighted to choose from strawberry, vanilla or chocolate 🍦

🌱🥔 Willow Class Gardening Adventure! 🥔🌱
What a wonderful afternoon Willow Class have had planting potatoes with the help of our amazing volunteers! The children got stuck in, worked super hard, and had lots of fun getting their hands dirty.
Their potato plants are now going home, where they’ll be lovingly cared for and watched as they grow over the next 100 days. We can’t wait to see how they change and develop along the way!
The excitement is already building as we wait to see who will grow the biggest, best potatoes — let the growing challenge begin!

🎒 Check out Ash Class’s recent visit to Eyam!

The class had a wonderful day exploring the famous plague village and visiting the boundary stone. It was a fantastic opportunity for the children to share all their knowledge about the history of the plague and to learn more about its impact.

At the tea rooms, the magic levels have officially gone off the charts! Our Write a Letter to Santa station will be opening on Monday December 8th, and the big guy at the North Pole is at the ready to reply!

Pop in, grab a sheet, scribble down your wish list (and return address), post it in Santa’s letterbox, and wait for a reply straight from the man in red. It’s £3 a sheet, and every penny goes to Bamford Primary PTFA.

Bring the kids, bring yourself, bring whoever still loves a bit of Christmas magic. 🎄✨

🎉Thanks to generous local businesses we have lots of prizes. Whether it's dining experiences, luxury gifts or sporting adventures we've got you covered! (A list of prizes will be shared shortly)
😃 Please look out for tickets which will be coming home this week. The deadline to return them is Tuesday 9th December
🌟 Tickets are only £1 so please encourage friends, family & neighbours to support our raffle.
