Our Go Fund Me page is still running to raise vital funds towards providing new books for our kids.

Every donation, big or small, is greatly appreciated 📚

In the spirit of World Book Day we are launching our latest fundraiser to raise money for essential resources for the school.

We’re reaching out to our school community to help us purchase new sets of high‑quality decodable readers for our classrooms. These books are specially designed to support early reading by matching the phonics skills children are learning in class, giving every student the chance to practise reading with confidence and success.

By adding these new readers to our classrooms, we can ensure that every child—regardless of their starting point—has access to books that build strong foundations in decoding, fluency, and a lifelong love of reading.

Your support, no matter the size, will make a real and lasting difference for our young learners. Thank you for helping us invest in their future!

Donate now through our GoFundMe page!

We are looking forward to the PSG Valentines disco this evening!

There will be a tuck shop available with “treat bags” for £1. (Bags contain a drink, crisps, sweets and chocolate)

There will also be face painting and a glitter tattoo station free of charge.

We would like to remind parents and guardians that the Parent Support Group events are run by parents who volunteer their time. School staff will not be present at the disco tonight (unless they are accompanying their own children). All parents are more than welcome to stay during the disco. Children must not leave the premises without the presence of a parent or guardian and we would appreciate if you could remind the older children of this.

We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who supported our fundraising this term. The kids were very excited to listen in to the Cash Call this afternoon (it was nail biting stuff… head to the school FB page to see what happened!).

Congratulations to Mrs Magee who won the first prize and Angeline Quinn who won second prize. We also did the draw for our Christmas Hampers - congratulations to Mrs Sloan, Ellie Rimmer and Catherine Murray! All prizes can be collected from reception if they haven’t already been picked up.

Thank you once again for your support! All that’s left to say is…

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
