The perfect Easter Holiday activity for 11-16 year olds! Come and spend the afternoon with Emma getting hands on experience in the kitchen! We will prepare and make delicious dishes from scratch which your kids will then get to take home. Whether they learn to make savoury dishes, sweet treats or something in between, they’ll leave with a newfound appreciation and excitement for cooking and a huge sense of accomplishment!

Experimenting with Wonton's and Gyoza's and Dumplings this week - and this wins the prize. A bowl of spicy Sichuan wontons filled with chicken, ginger and spring onions served piping hot and drizzled with a spicy red chilli oil. Truly heaven in a bowl for a rainy weekend lunch. Who wants to come and learn how to create them?

I LOVE canapés! Tiny bites of dreamy deliciousness. I love eating them. I love making them. I love making them look beautiful. These wasabi tuna burgers, made with fresh tuna, chilli, soy, rocket and wasabi are divine. One of my most POPULAR canapés. Come and try some.
