SO STUNNING😍🫶🏻

So happy for my gal Elise marrying her bestie on Saturday🥹

The confidence in this gal from when I first met her to now is insane🔥

The goal (among many other things) was to feel her absolute best on the most special day of her life

But also for all the celebrations in the lead up, hen dos, bridal days and Bo***ir photoshoot💃🏼

We more than smashed it - I was even getting pics sent from Elise’s hen do of her flexing down the street💪🏻😂

For a gal who wouldn’t have went near a gym as the anxiety was too much to now having built muscle and created a physique she feels this good and confident in is incredible🫶🏻

Through also tanking 2 gauntlets, numerous races and parkruns and trying things out the comfort zone consistently too💃🏼

So proud of you and all the work you’ve put in to look, feel and embody your absolute best🫶🏻

Spent in my fave place, doing my fave thing, eating and around the people I love most🫶🏻

Incredibly grateful to live this life and excited to see what this year has in store💃🏼

HELLS FKN YESSSS💪🏻😍

This is a proper proud moment this one🥹

Eilidh was the definition of not a runner girlie in her own dictionary👀

As a gal who hated PE and would avoid it like the plague, when Eilidh started the gym running was the last thing she wanted to do

Instead she lifted some heavy ass weights and became strong AF - the wee tank award 3 years running😏💪🏻

But my fave question to ask Eilidh is “what’s next”

“I might try the running thing again but no promises, I’m no doing a Hyrox or event or that”

Fast forward to now and she’s just SMASHED her first 10k event🔥🔥🔥

And with an 8 minute PB on only her third ever 10k😮‍💨👏🏻

She is ABSOLUTELY a runner gal now🏃🏻‍♀️

There will be wee beliefs that are so dead set in your mind and unless you try the thing or see if it’s possible, you will never know🤷🏼‍♀️

I’m so glad Eilidh has proved that wee voice in her head wrong and shown herself what she’s really capable of👏🏻

Well done my gal, can’t wait to see what you do next💃🏼
