La bouillabaisse is a French classic fish soup originating from the French fishermen of Marseille.

la rascasse rouge
Le rouget barbet, la daurade, le merlan, les moules, les crevettes …
Des épices:
le safran, le sel, le poivre
Des légumes:
des oignons, des pommes de terre, du fenouil, des tomates.
