La bouillabaisse is a French classic fish soup originating from the French fishermen of Marseille.

It can be a challenging dish to cook. You need lots of different fish.
Traditionally made in the south of France.

la rascasse rouge
Le rouget barbet, la daurade, le merlan, les moules, les crevettes …

Des épices:
le safran, le sel, le poivre

Des légumes:
des oignons, des pommes de terre, du fenouil, des tomates.

La sauce: la rouille
