I’ve had a few new faces join recently, so just a little reminder that Peach is very much alive and kicking…we just like to stay a bit under the radar.

Team Peach is built on the women who show up, support each other, and bring the energy every single session. I’m incredibly lucky to coach such an amazing group. We laugh, we cry, we show up exactly as we are and there’s zero competition, just genuine good vibes.

There’s something powerful about women supporting women. That shared understanding, the trust, the space to be seen without explanation, it builds confidence, resilience, and a real sense of belonging.
